Bought two M4 alloys from the Alloy Hub to replace wheels that a different company had botched refurbishment of. Cannot praise Joe and his team highly enough. Helpful advice, the quality of the wheel refurbishment is amazing, and I've never seen anybody take so much care with tyre fitting and balancing and putting the wheels back on. I live several hours drive away but wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need wheel refurbishment again.

Wanted my Subaru classic gold wheels looking ‘perfect’ so checked out the reviews for Alloy Hub. Booked the car in for a full wheel refurbishment……Alloy Hub weren’t happy with the initial 1st attempt refurbishment ( they were tricky to spray etc due to the spokes ) so they had to keep the car longer than originally planned……I was kept updated and wasn’t inconvenienced.Picked the car up today and on initial inspection they are perfect and look showroom condition…… for 7 year old alloys.Highly recommended.

We ordered 4 alloys for our Audi A6 but needed them in the Black Edition colour and fitted with new Toyo's which were not the usual tyres fitted by Alloy Hub. Ordered a refurbished set of BMW 397's, to allow me to have a Summer and winter set of Alloys.Order took a few days longer than expected, but communication was good throughout.Wheels were well packaged on arrival, and each individually boxed. Whilst they were refurbished, you would not tell by looking at them - all four being completely flawless, and no trace of any 'refurbishment other then the re-spray.Metallic grey a little darker than BMW's standard alloys, but that makes the car stand out a little, and compliments it well without appearing too over the top.I've had the wheels on the car for around 3 months now with average use, and there is no sign of paint chipping or flaking - all still looking perfect.Very happy overall. Highly recommended.

I took in a 15 year old BMW for a much needed wheel refurbishment. It definitely wasn't an easy job but they managed to get them to look absolutely amazing - No pits or chips... and I can see my face in them!They also supplied photos to prove that it had been done correctly (they were split rims that had to be taken apart) . The price which was very reasonable compared to other quotes was agreed before we started and didn't changeOutstanding job. Very highly recommended

Where do ALLOY HUB ship to?

We have the ability to ship our products all around the world. What does remanufactured mean?

Remanufactured means the wheels have been professionally refinished. This is achieved via our in house powder coating process bringing a wheel back to an ‘as new’ standard both inside and out.

What do I do I receive an item that is damaged?

Please sign for the item as damaged. Then contact us on 01538 300765. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent ASAP. We will also collect the damaged item free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange once the wheels have been fitted to your vehicle.

How do I return an item?

 Please call us on 01538 300765 and we will arrange a collection. All you need to do is package the wheels up the best you can, so they don’t get damaged in transit.

My order has not arrived yet?

Don’t worry. Please contact our customer services on 01538 300765. We will find out the status of your delivery and sort out any issues.

Do you refinish the entire wheel?

 Yes, we chemical strip the wheel, blast the wheel, prepare any imperfections and powder coat the entire wheel both inside and out. 

Does a powder coating finish last?

A powder coating process involves electrifying and oven baking the wheel. This is the most durable process and is identical to the process used by the vehicle manufacturers.

Do you have a secure premises where my car is left when getting a wheel refurbished?

Alloy Hub’s premises is extremely secure. It is a gated location with high security cameras and alarms to ensure your car is safe and give you peace-of-mind. 

If I leave my car at Alloy Hub’s premises, is it insured?

Yes, Alloy Hub has all of the relevant insurance to cover anything from super MINI’s to super cars.

Do you paint callipers?

Yes, we can paint callipers in a colour of your choice, from yellow or red if you want them to stand out against your wheels, to black or grey if you want them to blend in. Please refer to our price list for the cost.

How long does an alloy wheel refurbishment take?

An alloy wheel refurb takes 2-3 working days. This full in-depth wheel refurbishment process will return your alloy wheels back to as good as new. Our refurbishments are made to last, it is not a quick smart repair or mobile service that is done on your drive.

Do you refit wheels and tyres?
